Do Not Look Frivolous About The Benefits of Sleep

Why Is Sleep Important?

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety.
The way you feel while you're awake depends in part on what happens while you're sleeping. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development.
The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others.

Do You Undestand what is GST ?

What is GST

GST (Goods & Services Tax), which is also known as VAT or the value added tax in many countries is a multi-stage consumption tax on goods and services.

GST is levied on the supply of goods and services at each stages of the supply chain from the supplier up to the retail stage of the distribution. Even though GST is imposed at each level of the supply chain, the tax element does not become part of the cost of the product because GST paid on the business inputs is claimable.

Hence, it does not matter how many stages where a particular good and service goes through the supply chain because the input tax incurred at the previous stage is always deducted by the businesses at the next in the supply chain.

GST is a broad based consumption tax covering all sectors of the economy i.e all goods and services made in Malaysia including imports except specific goods and services which are categorized under zero rated supply and exempt supply orders as determined by the Minister of Finance and published in the Gazette.

The basic fundamental of GST is it's self-policing features which allow the businesses to claim their input tax credit by way of automatic deduction in their accounting system. This eases the administrative procedures on the part of businesses and the Government. Thus, the Government's delivery system will be further enhanced.

Why GST instead of other higher tax ?

GST is a better and fairer tax system compared to SST (Sales & Service Tax) as GST will :

  • Lower business cost
Under the current system, some business pay multiple taxes and higher levels of tax-on-tax (cascading tax). With GST, businesses can benefit from recovering input tax on raw materials and incurred expenses, thus reducing costs.
  1. Increase global competitiveness
Prices of Malaysia exports will become more competitive on the global stage as no GST is imposed on exported goods and services, while GST incurred on inputs can be recovered along the supplies chain. This will strengthen our export industry, helping the country progress even further.
  2. Enhance compliance
The current SST has many inherent weaknesses making administration difficult. GST system has in-built mechanism to make the tax administration self-policy and therefore will enhance compliance.
  3. Reduces red tape
Under the present SST, businesses must apply for approval to get tax-free materials and also for special exemption for capital goods. Under GST, this system is abolished as businesses can offset automatically the GST on inputs in their returns.
  4. Equity
With GST, taxes are leveled fairly among all the businesses involved, whether they are in the manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing or service sectors.
  5. Fair pricing to consumers
GST eliminates double taxation under SST. Consumers will pay fairer prices for most goods and services compared to SST.
  6. Greater transparency
Unlike the present sales tax, consumers would benefit under GST as they will know exactly whether the goods they consume are subject to tax and the amount they pay for.

Dare To Be Honest

Assalaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarokatuh..

Here is what I'm saying that in my program last few day about "Build and Boost Up Your Confidence Level" so here is continuous for the last my program. The Dare To Be Honest, I prefer for it because in the world, many of people is right will be downed by people is wrong because of fear to show the truth one, and sometimes because of could not daunt his/her heart actually. These is exactly wrong as human being.

Why we should do something for the truth one?,because of Allah ask us to do that and lie or hypocrite is forbidden(haram).

The Prophet of Muhammad always said the truth and never lie even there are so many people do not like him and rejected what is said. So here, we as a Muslim (Umat Nabi Muhammad) should follow what the Prophet did as well.

Last but not least, we should do not be ever fear to show the honest and say the right thing what you think as well.

Healthy Way of Living Prophets

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokaatuh .
As we know...there are many tips to get healthy life but the matter is, we do not like and do not want to take it familiar for our lives and one of the reason is "complicated to do by the people of today" . So here, I would like to share some tips to get healthy by way of living Prophet of Muhammad S.A.W .

  1. Wake Up Early

Muhammad and his companions always wake up early in the morning. they started a few hours before dawn to perform their religious duties. Allah praised their deeds with his words, "they take a little time to sleep at night. And at the end of the night (before dawn), they always ask for forgiveness"
(Surah al-Dhariyat : 17-18).
A study by University students Toronto also support good wake up early in the morning. the study found that people who like to get up early in general proved to be healthier, happier and more proactive. Between successful people who wake up early to practice the culture is President Starbuck restaurant chain that Michelle Gass who wake up every morning at 4:30. so also the bestselling author Gretchen Ruben who wake up every hour 6 am. Muslims even more so should adopt this culture. because it is part of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad and the habits of the righteous.

    2.   Walking

Abu Hurairah said :"I never saw a more rapid running of of the prophet. the earth seems to be folded for him. we always take pains to walk with him, but he did not care anyway"(Riwayat al-Tirmizi).
Muhammad also been running a race with his wife. Aisha tells: "One day I and prophet muhammad running a race and I beat him. Some time later when I've put on weight, we raced again. This time I beat the king. He said: This (reply) separately earlier"(Riwayat Abu Dawud).

Modern research has also shown that the activity of walking 30 minutes a day provides many advantages including:
- Reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
- Increase blood pressure.
- Weight control.
- Reduce the risk of being overweight (obesity)

     3.   Sleep Quality

Anyone who looks at ways of sleeping prophet, he would find a way to sleep is how most good for health. Sleeping Prophet Muhammad very balanced. He did not sleep more than the rate required by the body or lack thereof. Went to sleep when the body needs after a tired day of activity. He is also never sleep with a full stomach.
Modern research shows that regular sleep schedule will provide quality sleep. up in the morning, the man woke up with a fresh and vibrant. Prophet muhammad like to sleep in a clean condition. When going to bed, the Prophet Muhammad reclining on his stomach. Sometimes he also put his hand under his cheek then pray for the care and protection of God.

      4.   Sexual Health

Sexual health is also of concern to Shariah Islam. All activities that affect sexual health is forbidden, such as adultery, sodomy and masturbation. In addition to that, Islam also prescribes the procedure sexual relationship between husband and wife. The goal for this activity is not only rewarding, but worth a pilgrimage.
According to Ibn al-Qayyim in al-Tib al-Nabawi, there are three things that become sexual purposes:
1. bred
2. ejaculating dangerous if kept inside the body.
3. get halal food
By practicing the Sunnah of the Prophet, all these objectives will be achieved perfectly.

Prophets preached to begin sexual intercourse between a married couple kissing in advance. either with a kiss. arms or pleas. Also encouraged wear perfume to stimulate the sense of smell. Sexual intercourse is effective when the body needs naturally. Not because of coercion or made-up as a result of seeing things that are forbidden. To maintain sexual health care, forbidden by Islam even by his own wife. Hadith about this very much. One of them is the Prophet "has cursed the person who came to his wife in her anus" (Riwayat Abu Dawud).

Ibn al-Qayyim mentions some harm this deviant sexual behavior. Among blacken the face, darken the heart, makes the face look ferocious, bringing anxiety and others. And much larger than it is the wrath and curse of God.

Stomach is not a GARBAGE can

After the passage of the feast, usually an invitation to the gala dinner to be very robust even stomach the lack of space to be filled. Weight is growing. before touching food should, we must realize that tasty only on the tongue. when it passes through the throat, it will be a disease palatability. When illness struck, usually the physician will advise moderation in diet. Avoid sugar, salt and excess fat. in fact, before the doctors discovered this secret, al-Quran and the Prophet had long lead us to moderate fill the stomach.

Allah S.W.T said :
"O children of Adam! The wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of worship (or prayer), and eat and drink, and do not waste; Allah does not love those who exceed the limits". (Surah al-A'raf : 31).

The Prophet of Muhammad also been advised us to leave right abdomen by dividing the necessity to three. Muhammad said :
"Adam child did not meet a container worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam was some feeds that can straighten his spine (give strength to him). If not, then one-third for food, one third for drink and one third for breathing. (Riwayat al-Tirmizi).

Make healthy lifestyle as suggested prophet. Give your stomach rights. make our stomachs as energy building trust Allah S.W.T help us run it like trash that stores all the germs and diseases
